Q: I recently made a payment to Datacities. What happens to my payment?
A: GlowHost.com will honor all payments made to Datacities.com and we have applied past payments to your new GlowHost hosting package. When your Datacities account is scheduled to renew, GlowHost.com will send you an invoice. No further payments to Datacities.com should be made.
Q: Will my login details change?
A: Your cPanel login details will not change. Your billing, customer service and helpdesk logins (collectively known as your "Account Manager") will change slightly. Your passwords will remain the same, however, your new username has already been, or will be sent to you when your account has been transfered.
Your billing, customer service and helpdesk logins in the past have allowed you to access Lpanel for your customer service needs. If your account has been transfered to GlowHost, then your login may be redirected from Datacities to the GlowHost customer service account manager (known as myGlow) or your logins may no longer work on Datacities.
myGlow is similar in functionality to your previous Lpanel. If you are still able to access Lpanel, it means that your accounts have not yet been transfered to GlowHost.
Q: How do I obtain Technical Support?
A: The process will be similar to what you are used to at Datacities. You will simply login to your myGlow Account Manager and find the link that takes you to the "Helpdesk." You can submit your account related questions here. If you have general inquiries or other non-account related questions, we ask that you use our community forums. Other support options are available for you on our support site.
